Well, Johnny Is being Weeded Out.

Yet another nurse update. I have given Nurse Johnny a fair trial run with my overnite shift. He tries, but is not consistent. I have to say that i will be relieved to see him go to another case. I met another nurse, Ann last saturday. She is coming tonight, to train in with Laurie. I'm hoping that this nurse will be a good fit. It will be hard at first,(as usual) to have a new person in the house, but will try to not over think it. I had a great visit with my little mentee, Ella today. She is very energetic, fun and happy. A simple game of Candy Land and stringing of some sparkly beads was especially fun. I like easy to please kids! Just like with her older sister, it does not matter what we do together, everything becomes fun and new again with a new friend.
