Grrrr. I may have posted about it before, but I DETEST it when someone is running late and they don't call. I'm really just referring to professional people who have an appointment with you. Today, I was waiting for my old, but new RT (respiratory therapist) i had already had an earlier home visit and after waiting 20 minutes for him without a call, I had to get out on the trail. It was calling me. So, I used my nurse as my personal assistant and took off for a bit. Came home and he was wrapping up his visit. We have switched to his new company and I'm glad we did. My wheelchair has been with this company, so I'm already in their system. He(Mike) has access to many products and equipment that my old company(his old company) did not. Next week, he is bringing me 2 new vents. that do not require quite as much bulk in the tubing and may be more quiet. Very good news for me. He is a very friendly and professional person. He also has a vent. that we will look at this summer as an option for me. He has a few really small and compact models. Such good news that I overlooked the tardiness. I like Mike.
