About Last Night

First of all, today I made homemade potato soup, walked the dog, read a little, dabbled on the computer a little and am currently watching a "Best of Waltons History..." then I just read my cousin Ann's facebook status update..."with the Webbers at the Beverly Hills Hotel."  I always thought that would be my saturday night except that I would be with Don Johnson!


Last night, I went to our local pub, well, joint to celebrate my good friend's 50th birthday. On the way in, I ran into my old college friend Gary who lives in the area. He told me "you look happy compared to the last time I saw you. You were with a group and looked upset, so I didn't say Hi..."  That really bugged me. We didn't have too much time to talk, so I may send him a message to find out where and when this was. I never lose it in public. Anyways, I had a really fun time at the party. Everyone was happy and laughing and talking. this is the group of friends and family  of my friend who are very kind and huggy and lovey towards me and it makes me feel like I've just gotten a happiness booster shot.  God Bless you my friend Laurie now entering your 50th year. You have never in the years that I've known you...looked better. Your hubby even said so! He said "look at her, she looks 20." AAawwww.


We have just as much fabulosity as LA, right?
