Really, Is There Anything Mac and Cheese Can't Fix?

Despite very bad sleep lately, I've been getting out and trying to just be happy. Today, we actually got to play with our mentees outdoors! Believe me, in Minnesota this is quite newsworthy! SO, now the mac is in the oven and waiting to be the hit of our dinner. With my daughter home now, I have a renewed sense of being needed. I love it when someone comes in the door hungry! Makes me so happy and I feel like Marie on Everybody Loves Raymond. One of the best traditional Mothers of all time. Her famous line, "Are you hungry?" the moment one of her precious and neglected sons would walk in. So good. I try to refrain from immediately asking. I let them use their noses.
