Duck Season. Wabbit Season.

Definately duck season! I was finally sound asleep at 6:30 this morning when I was awakened by gun shot on a nearby lake. It started out slowly, a pop here and a pop there. Before I knew what it even was, the pop sound turned into full blown fire works! The shots were fired for about an hour and a half. I can't believe there were that many ducks out there. I think that the hunters were eager and had gone thru a lot of prepping and just kept on shooting. It was insane. If this is only going to be a sunday morning thing fine. I hope that will be the case. My wish is that all the ducks in the area have been scared far far away and have outsmarted all of the Elmer Fudds.

    You better be careful on that trail now that the hunters are so close by. I really don't like the hunting thing or the gun thing. Who agrees with me? I do like you and your blog though. Mom

    All I know is that Bella, does not like gun shots or fireworks!! She gets nervous and scared... Even if she heres a pop in the distance... Thunder is also one of her least favorite things!! :)
