Dose of Joy

Seems that I am on the upswing. I had so much fun last night at my friend's beautiful home. With the help of my portable ramp, I 1st went up 2 steps in the garage to their family room, then up a few more to get into their living/dining room! Then onto the deck too! I don't like the expression "treat" but it's the only way to describe it. I have been to her home a few other times but haven't seen some of her decorating. And it's fun to be somewhere new for a change. better than restaurant food. Fish fry compliments of Mary and Bill's skilled fishing, special, homemade onion rings from Ms. Cheryl and last but not least, Mrs. Huttle's notorious cheesy potatoes. No restaurant could beat that selection! And flowing wine! Then I came home to a very pleasant new nurse for me. And she wants more shifts! Grateful for that. We hit it off right away. There is a little bit of a language barrier, but we will push thru it. So, I leave you with a happy attitude! Thanks people.
