A Fun Vibe

There has been a large group of kids playing outside in the park for a big chunk of the day today. They have been playing co-ed football. It resembles a Tide laundry soap commercial as many of the kids are playing in their socks and on damp grassy turf.It is also triggering many memories for me. Growing up in our old neighborhood, me and my brothers and sisters and our close by friends could be seen outside and often! We wouldn't go inside until dark or if our parents called. if we did have to go in for a bit, I remember the urgency to get back outside for fear of missing something! I wonder if these kids realize the memories that they are making?
