Me Bad?

Oh my gosh, I had to be somewhat of a picky and critical person today. While training in a new daytimer, she was asking me so many little, mundane questions that I had to squelch it even though I did the same thing last week. She was just trying to be helpful, I get it but in the process I told her I felt like she was treating me like a five year old. Years of not speaking up, has taught me to nip it in the bud right away. She was cool about it. THEN, she was in the little den room with Ellen on and laughing out loud, well...very loudly! So, I had to call into her and tell her that I loved that she was happy and laughing, but could she please shut the door? I'm not really a control freak am I? If I am so what. I'm also cranky, edgy and trying to fight off a baaad spring fever. It's particularly bad right now because of our mild thirty-eight degree temps. around here lately. I heard that we missed a heavy snow storm that is hitting Iowa right now, so happy about that.

I will have a quiet night tonight. Playing Scrabble and have got the Waltons on! I'm in a nesting mode.

Thanks again to my Mom and one sister for coming over with lunch and to visit today. I feel so blessed to have them in my life. We can all talk about things happening in our lives and "get" where each one is coming from. Good friends and are always there for me.
