Flustrated

I've heard so many people use this word lately. It isn't one, is it? GOOGLE! I've been having a hard time getting a couple of prescriptions filled lately. Partly due to my Dr's office not getting it right. I've been working with this Dr. and her office for years...19 to be exact and have never had major issues with them. One of the meds. now requires you to pick up the prescription at the office. It took around 3 phone calls over the period of a week and a half to find this out. They won't refill over the phone to the pharmacy. So, ok, we headed down to the office and of course only 1 scrip is ready for pick-up. At least the Dr. was there (with other patients) but there to sign on the 2 other new products I wanted to try. I think it took about an hour for this to happen. Why, why, why? Why do things have to be so hard? Luckily, I just had to wait in the car, but waiting anywhere is FLUSTRATING!...This can't be a word, I'm going to look it up.

What do you do if someone tells you they're sick and you have to be near them? Unless it's one of your own kids, I find this pretty stressful. People shouldn't pass their crud around.

Watched Oprah yesterday and she was talking to Iyanla who is a motivational speaker and writer and has endured many hard times. Her daughter died a few years back, her husband left, she lost all of her money. As they were talking about her story, a video came up of Iyanla walking around in her yard. She had a long coat on, a scarf and a fuzzy hat. I feel like Oprah was so hypocritical when she was laughing so hysterically at this. Saying, "you look like a homeless person." She had her production people play it like 3 times. All the time out of control laughing ensued. This really disturbed me. I wonder if anyone else was affected by this? Very rude.

On that note, on to another day. I'm going to go soak up the energy of the youths at the Elementary school. There's nothing quite like the giggles of the 3rd graders.
