Why Do All Women Love Pasta?

It was my new PCA's 2nd shift with me. He will be with me over the dinner hour 4days a week. He seemed nervous about cooking. We started out with a greek type pasta salad that I make. And that was his first question. Why do women love pasta so much? Ah, duh, because it's so good! He was cutting up a lot of veggies and I had him dumping in all kinds of spices, cheese, pepperoni etc. I asked him if his girl friend would like this type of pasta. He said,"oh definately. Her favorite place is the Green Olive?" I asked "oh do you mean Olive Garden?" When we were finished, he asked if he could write down the spices that I use. And he took a picture of the spices in their jars. Then I saw him talking into his phone. He was recording a voice message to himself listing off the ingredients for the salad. It was so cute and I was flattered! Aaaaw. I love it when I direct and someone actually appreciated it. I have to admit that it is a little tiring, but a good challenge in exercising patience!
