How Much?

How much can one or two people take? After thorough training from one of my main nurses to my new overnite nurse (of 2 completed shifts), I just received an email from my scheduler saying that she has quit without 2 weeks notice! I immediately called my scheduler to find out some scoop. Of course, she didn't have anything for me, and has 2 new overniters training in as we speak. It has become so crazy! I really think if some of these home nurses would work for a while in a hospital, they would see how great they have it here! Ugh. Has me getting paranoid now. trying so hard to not over think this. We had somewhat of a language barrier and I tried to re-assure that she was doing really well. Seems like another case of lack of confidence. Growl and carry on. I guess 90% of the patients with Accurate are also in need of overniters.
