You Just Never Know

Summer has finally found its way to Minnesota. I am feeling renewed and happy. Energized. When I see the sun shining outside, I am out there. It doesn't matter if I'm on my way to Walgreen's or the Post Office, I am happy and soaking up every bit of the summer weather that we are offered. It has been a very enjoyable week. School is out of course and we have been relaxed and happy just lingering in the fact that there are less schedules and studying demands. There is an easy breezy attitude and happiness floating around here. Mack was invited along on a family reunion trip with his friends to Wyoming. He will be celebrating a great grandpa's 90th birthday with a very nice family. It makes it even more special because he has never been farther than Wisconsin. (and only 20 miles into WI) I found myself reminding him of what to pack. Like he was heading off to camp in the 3rd grade. I had to stop and get a grip. HE is A MAN! SO I backed off. Glad he has this opportunity to get out there and out of his usual routine. Good way to start his newly graduated freedoms! Rock it Mack!
