Hi everybody. Another friday and spring break is here already. I've got some happy, teenage boys around and in and out. The skateboards and bikes are back too. my cute, little kitchen now resembles a skateboard shack, hey dude! I'm just glad that they can be more active outside.
I met with my Dr. yesterday who is a pulmonologist and has been with me for ten years now. Unfortunately, the lung pacemaker is not a device that will benefit me. The device is for people who have nerve damage and I do not. He really took his time to explain this to me and my Mom. Soooo funny because he is dreamboat and so sharp. We were trying so hard to absorb all of the info. he was giving to us and it was hard to concentrate. Such a sweet and intelligent Dr! I felt a little disappointed, but also relieved.
Last night, I woke up around 230am and decided to channel surf for a while. I always start at CNN in case there's anything"big" happening. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw reports of the Japan earthquake which then brought on a tsunami. How tragic and surreal it seemed. I stopped on another station and the male anchor was talking live to a reporter and it seemed all he was concerned about was the stock trading! When would it resume, how did it end for the day etc. Wow, learn some priorities sir. Hundreds of people are dead and people are in horrendous conditions right now, and you want to talk about the stock exchange! Wow.
Have a peaceful and good weekend. I will do the same.
